The client is responsible for securing any necessary access to the property or premises where the services will be performed.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability: The Company warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. The Company's liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those specific services.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement or contract for services by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
